I had heard a little about Mindfulness and was keen to try it. I needed to see someone face to face and not just use another app. I was struggling to be calm and was suffering from stress through pressure of work and trying to keep on top of life. I came across Pete's website and contacted him. Right from the start he was relaxed, informal and welcoming and eased my mind just from talking to him on the phone. I have now completed four sessions and he has taught me how to incorporate Mindfulness into my life. Each time I come out of our sessions in a relaxed and positive frame of mind. I am doing lots of practice at home under his guidance. It has made a huge difference to my life. If you have not tried Mindfulness, I would really recommend it.
